can still choose to advertise here! However, if your house is already up
for sale through an agent we would recommend that you inform them that
you will also be using this service, particularly if you have a 'Sole
Agency Agreement' or your agent has 'Sole Selling Rights'.
This DOES NOT affect your right to sell your property yourself and your
agent will only be able to charge you commission if the purchaser was
referred by them.
